 Biofeedback
and CNS Education: Biofeedback has been shown
to be a positive adjunct to most therapeutic modalities.
At Turn-Key we subscribe to a basic biofeedback teaching
– learning how to breath, learning cognitive processes
with intention, and taking time out of each day solely
for yourself. Biofeedback can be beneficial for everyone
in resetting the brain, bringing a balance to cognition,
and setting the stage to cope better and make better
decisions.
The Central
Nervous System (CNS) is the organ that is treated in any
therapy. It often is beneficial to know more about the
brain so that there is a better understanding of the
cellular processes and anatomy that are being called
upon in healing. Dave Keyser will present the pertinent
information in a manner that is easy to digest and
simple to grasp. We are available for off-site
presentations, workshops, and seminars also. |
